The technology at a glance.

  • Our external grinding machines can grind cylindrical and conical contours to a quality of Ra 0.2. The distances between centres range from 20 mm to max. 2,000 mm.
  • The diameter range is 6 mm to 635 mm with a max. workpiece weight of 800 kg.
  • Other specialities are a turret wheelhead with a direct drive, as well as a workpiece headstock for shaping and thread grinding.
  • Shaping and profile grinding are possible with up to four grinding discs with fully automated loading and unloading.
