The technology at a glance.

  • Gears are produced on power honing machines.
  • The base of our machines is detached from the surrounding concrete floor, so that no vibrations can arise during the high-precision honing of the gears.
  • The production range for the external diameter of the workpiece ranges from 50 mm to a max. 150 mm. The module range is 1 to 4, with a max. tooth width of 50 mm.
  • Straight and helically cut gears and shafts can be honed to quality grade 6.
